Core Values
CURE is a collaboration of Christ-centered churches whose mission is to revitalize impoverished communities through evangelism and community development.

Churches
Churches are an important social institution and have a unique responsibility especially in communities of need. The Pastors of CURE bare responsibility for helping the community to unite around a common vision for a healthy community. Churches are to be salt and light in this impoverished neighborhood and as the church assumes her role the community will begin to see systematic transformation.

United
While we maintain the value of our individual traditions and theological emphases, we believe there are certain community needs that we can only address together. In answer to the high priestly prayer of our Savior, CURE hopes to promote unity among the churches through corporate movements of prayer, fellowship, evangelism, and partnering for a better community.

Revitalization
Through mutual encouragement and innovation, we hope to stem the tide of poverty in it various forms in our community. We hope to inspire greater ecumenical cooperation and support, to stimulate economic forces on behalf of the community, to enhance access to educational and employment opportunities and to create structures which provide for a healthier community.

Evangelism
We preserve the indispensable ministry of calling lost sinners to faith in Christ as the primary role of the church. We will seek to labor together in love, seeking the growth of all the churches that promote Christ as Savior and Redeemer of sinners.
